Personal Logo
The logo to the left is my (Rev. T.R. Penry III) personal logo, which finds its bases in John Calvin logo. The Bible is foundational to the logo itself. The first Latin phrase is taken from John Calvin - Cor meum tibi offero Domine prompte et sincere = My heart for Thy cause I offer Thee, Lord, promptly and sincerely. The vertical phrase is the Latin - Instaurare Omina in Christo, but the interpretation comes from the German equivalent Alless in Christi erneuern - Renewing everything in Christ. The cross is the Coychurch Cross from Glamorganshire, Wales; honoring my Welsh heritage. The darkened heart - sin's imposition on man's heart. The symbol in the center are my initials formed from an ancient Greek letter - Sampi.
